Terms and Conditions

First: Booking and Personal Information

  1. The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the personal information provided at the time of booking (name, ID/passport number, contact details). Should any discrepancy or inaccuracy result in denial of participation in the trip, the customer alone shall bear the consequences, and we shall bear no obligation for compensation or refund in such cases.
  2. Each traveler must present a valid National ID or Iqama (for domestic trips), or a passport valid for no less than 6 months (for international trips) at the meeting point for verification prior to departure. Failure to present the required document shall constitute sufficient grounds to deny the traveler's participation in the trip, with no right to a refund.

Second: Schedule and Itinerary

  1. Our full commitment to the announced schedule and program depends on all participants' attendance at the designated time and location. Any delay caused by a participant shall be their own responsibility, so as not to affect the itinerary for the rest of the group.
  2. We reserve the right to advance or delay the trip's departure time, modify the itinerary, or cancel the trip entirely due to weather conditions or emergency circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in the interest of all participants' safety.
  3. Should any change occur to the announced schedule or itinerary, all registered participants will be notified immediately via their registered means of contact.
  4. The bus (means of transport) departs precisely at the scheduled time without waiting, and we bear no responsibility toward any traveler who fails to arrive at the designated meeting point and time.
  5. No traveler who is late for departure shall be entitled to claim a refund of the amount paid or any financial or in-kind compensation. Failure to arrive on time shall be deemed an implicit waiver of the booking.

Third: Liability and Safety

  1. Limitation of Liability for Injuries, Accidents, and Loss of Property:
  2. We exercise reasonable and necessary care to ensure participants' safety throughout the trip; however, participation in the activities and events included in the program (including walking on mountainous or natural trails) is undertaken at the participant's own personal risk. We bear no liability for any bodily injury, health-related harm, or death resulting from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions or the tour guide's directions, nor do we bear liability for the loss or damage of participants' personal property during the trip. Participants are advised against bringing unnecessary valuables.
  3. Health Disclosure and Physical Fitness:
  4. By booking, the participant affirms that they possess sufficient health and physical fitness to take part in the trip's activities, and must notify us in writing prior to booking of any chronic health condition, disability, or medical circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate in the program (particularly for trips involving walking on mountainous trails or physical exertion). Failure to disclose such information releases us from any liability for resulting health complications, and we reserve the right to request medical clearance or to exclude the participant from a specific activity in the interest of their safety.
  5. Force Majeure:
  6. We bear no liability for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the trip resulting from force majeure circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government decisions and directives, road or border closures, public health crises, or any similar emergency circumstance. In such cases, we shall make every effort to either reschedule the trip or refund customers in a manner appropriate to the nature of the circumstance.

Fourth: Photography and Public Conduct

  1. Photography and Marketing Policy:
  2. We reserve the right to capture photographs and video footage during trip activities and to use them for marketing and promotional purposes across our official platforms (website, social media accounts, and promotional materials). Booking and participating in the trip shall constitute implicit consent to this. Any participant who does not wish to appear in such materials must notify the trip team in writing prior to departure to be excluded.
  3. Right to Exclude Disruptive Participants:
  4. We reserve the right to exclude any participant who engages in conduct disruptive to public order or decency, poses a risk to their own safety or that of other participants, or fails to comply with instructions issued by the tour guide or trip team, at any point during the trip, without any obligation to refund the amount paid or provide any compensation.
